The Puerto Rico Para Tod@s Human Rights Foundation is calling for an unbiased investigation into the brutal murder of Jorge Steven Lopez Mercado, a 19-year-old gay man who allegedly was the victim of a hate crime and whose body was found Friday burned, decapitated and dismembered in Cayey, Puerto Rico.
